Rates (in US Dollars): Personal Currency Assistant™

Add State of Hawaii GE/TA Tax of 12.42%.

Add $104 check-in fee charged by Elua Village HOA.

$300 refundable damage deposit.

Minimum five night stay.

3-night deposit required within 7 days of reservation.

Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Rates include departure cleaning. Additional maid service available for additional fee.

Complimentary 24-hr concierge services included in rates.

All rates and terms are subject to change without notice.

We accept checks, cashier's checks, or money orders.

Special golf and tennis rates available for our guests.

Policies

No pets

Check-in time - 3:00 pm. Check-out time - 10:00 am.

Late check out: 1/2 day charge when available.

Maximum Occupancy: 4 persons (including children and infants).

Cancellation Policy:

With 60 days or more prior to arrival: one night forfeited.

For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will

be retained unless the unit can be re-rented, at which time a pro-rata refund will be issued.
